All installation procedures are based on the drawings provided by the customer and respective instructions.
Step 1
“U” profiles
Welding the galvanized profiles on deck, in accordance with cabin, WC, corridor, etc. dimensions, in relation to bulkhead and pipes.
Step 2
Bulkhead Panels and Doors installation
Inserting of the lower end of the Panel inside the bottom “U” profile and adjusting the panel until its male or female joint is connected with the other panel male or female respective joint, previously inserted in the same way. The “U” galvanized profiles are installed on top of the panels. Securing of panels by pop riveting.
Step 3
Ceiling Panels installation
Installing of the “L” type ceiling support on top side of wall panels, at shown height and inserting of the ceiling panel until its male or female joint is connected with the other panel’s male or female joint respectively.
